A full physical exam is needed to get your kids ready to go back to school. When you visit Ahimsa MD, we will perform a full health check-up that includes: - LEAD screening - Anemia screening - Urine analysis - Vision screening - Hearing screening - Scoliosis screening - Depression, anxiety, ADHD screening - Vitals and physical - TB screening - Sports physical screening - Vaccines (if applicable) - Nutrition We ensure your children are healthy and ready for a successful school year. Our doctor will fill out and sign the STATE OF FLORIDA School Entry Health Exam (DH 3040 Form) you must provide at the school.
