Integrative Consultation (1 Hour)

Service Description

Similar to an annual visit, this is for patients seeking a lifestyle and dietary assessment. We make sure the patient is on right track in not only their healthcare but also in their daily choices to age well and prevent chronic disease. This consultation comes with basic plan and recommendations at the end of appointment and a detailed treatment plan which is sent 1-2 weeks after the visit.
